The Basics

Create tips that help players learn how to play against a given matchup or with their allies. This tutorial will take the Enemies tab as an example, but the exact same concepts apply to the Allies tab.

The First Matchup Tip

Displaying the first matchup tip at the right time is crucial. You don't want to give it too early on as your guide might already talk about starting items or anything else relevant before the game really starts. But you can't give it too late or the player will start the laning phase without getting any matchup info.

Zar helps you get the right moment thanks to the Game timing condition.

  1. In the Tip you just created, select Game timing → specific → laning phase start
